Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications installation, maintenance, or support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in networking or telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and cabling.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues for end-users and network infrastructure.
• Respond to service tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the deployment of new network infrastructure and services.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps.
