Qualifications

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a strong grasp of grammar and tone.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio of previous work showcasing content creation and social media management is required.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Develop compelling visual assets, including graphics, short videos, and animations, using design software.
• Write clear, concise, and creative copy for social media posts, blog articles, and website content.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and analytics to identify engagement opportunities and inform content strategy.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform updates.
