Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creative social content (visuals and writing).
• Marketing/communications/digital media degree preferred, demonstrable experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create graphics, short videos, and multimedia assets for social media.
• Write on-brand copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and engagement to inform strategy.
• Engage with online community and respond to comments/messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to align social with campaigns.
• Identify influencers and brand advocates to drive reach.
• Stay updated on new features and best practices.
