The role requires a strong leadership presence, deep technical cybersecurity expertise, and a strategic mindset to elevate the client’s security posture within a financial services context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of cybersecurity operations experience, with at least 3 years in leadership within a SOC.
• Proven experience managing a 24/7 SOC environment and leading security analysts.
• In-depth knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other security monitoring tools.
• Strong incident response methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.

• Lead and develop the SOC team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee monitoring of security alerts, events, and logs from SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR.
• Ensure timely investigation, analysis, and response to security incidents.

• Establish and report on KPIs for SOC operations.

• Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Stay current with emerging threats and technologies.
