You will validate designs using high-fidelity FEA simulations, collaborate with design engineers and project managers, and contribute to reports that guide steady performance and reliability across projects in

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in mechanical stress analysis and FEA.
Proficiency with major FEA packages (ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN).
Strong knowledge of solid mechanics and material science.
Experience with experimental validation and data analysis.
Excellent analytical and communication skills for a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct stress, strain, and fatigue analysis using FEA software.
Perform thermal and vibration analyses to predict component behavior under loads.
Develop and validate simulation models and correlate with tests.
Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations to the design team.
Collaborate with designers to optimize strength, durability, and weight.
Document methodologies, results, and conclusions in technical reports.
