Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in transportation dispatch or logistics management.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing large fleets and complex dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the daily dispatch operations for a significant fleet.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dispatchers, setting performance standards and ensuring accountability.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize routing, scheduling, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and operational data, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to all transport regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
