Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Team Lead for our Vereeniging location. This hybrid role involves guiding a team of sales associates, delivering excellent customer service, and driving store performance.

You will coach staff, oversee visual merchandising, manage inventory, and coordinate with remote teams to support strategic initiatives while maintaining in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with leadership potential.
• Strong sales techniques and customer service knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends for Vereeniging.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer apps.
• Proactive problem-solver focused on driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of retail sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and upheld at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with store management and contribute to strategic planning efforts, including remote coordination.
