About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and organized Hybrid Retail Merchandising Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape . This role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, offering a fantastic opportunity to influence product presentation and sales strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring our client's products are displayed attractively and effectively across all retail channels, driving customer engagement and maximizing sales. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans and strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of visual merchandising materials to retail locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales principles, and consumer behavior.
