You will lead teams, develop seasonal concepts, and ensure brand consistency, driving customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in visual merchandising, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of color, space, and retail psychology.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a significant portion in a leadership or lead role within the retail sector.
• Demonstrated success in creating visually appealing and commercially effective retail displays.
• Strong understanding of color theory, spatial design, and retail psychology.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• A relevant qualification in Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA for on-site visits as required by the hybrid model.
