Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising plans and guidelines set by the merchandising team.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively, neatly, and according to brand standards.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including displays, signage, and fixtures.
• Assist in setting up new product displays and promotional setups.
• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support the team in organizing and maintaining the stockroom.
• Conduct regular store walks to identify merchandising opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Assist in gathering feedback on display effectiveness and customer response.
• Ensure all merchandising materials are kept in good condition and properly stored.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure a consistent presentation of merchandise.

About the Role

Our client, a progressive retail business, is seeking a meticulous and creative Retail Merchandising Coordinator to support their operations in Stellenbosch , Western Cape. This role is instrumental in ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively across the store, enhancing the customer shopping experience and driving sales. You will work closely with the store management and visual merchandising teams to implement merchandising strategies.
