Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst in the Nelspruit area. This hybrid role supports senior managers with evaluating opportunities, market research, and feasibility studies, from conception to completion.

You will build financial models, prepare reports, and assist due diligence and entitlement processes while collaborating across the development team in Mpumalanga's property market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate development or finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel; Argus a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites around Nelspruit.
• Conduct market research: demographics, benchmarking, demand forecasting.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (pro forma, cash flow, sensitivity).
• Prepare investment committee reports and summaries.
• Assist due diligence for land acquisitions (zoning, entitlements).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Track progress and budget adherence on active developments.
