Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience in agency, studio, or in-house marketing teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run client projects end to end: kick-off, scope, timeline, delivery and sign-off.
• Keep ClickUp accurate to show due, blocked, and done.
• Brief the team and protect them from moving goalposts.
• Hold the weekly rhythm: status updates to clients and team check-ins.
• Spot scope creep early and raise it as a conversation.
• Chase content, approvals, and feedback from clients.
• Two years or more running projects in agency, studio, or marketing team.
• Confident with clients and able to deliver awkward news.
• Comfortable with project software; ClickUp daily.
• Understand web and marketing timelines.
• Organised by instinct; manage what lives in head.
• Judgement to know which problems to solve yourself vs upscale.
