Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production line workers.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity and quality.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
