Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in public relations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in managing day-to-day client activities and deliverables.
• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, and client reports.
• Conduct media outreach and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends relevant to client accounts.
• Assist in organizing client events, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide research support for new business pitches and client strategy development.
• Maintain client databases and media contact lists.
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members.
