Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in mechanical engineering with focus on automotive powertrain development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and CAE tools (CATIA/SolidWorks/Creo; ANSYS/Abaqus).
• Solid understanding of engine or electric motor principles and transmissions.
• Experience with data acquisition and performance testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components for engines, powertrains, or hybrids using CAD software.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis (stress, thermal, vibration) to validate designs.
• Develop and execute test plans for powertrain components and systems; analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during design, testing, or validation.
