The role entails delivering infrastructure, water management and crop diversification projects, coordinating with farmers, logistics providers and government agencies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in agricultural projects, logistics or operations, and proficiency with MS Project or Asana.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in agriculture, agribusiness or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in agriculture, agribusiness or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating across farmers, suppliers and government bodies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and closing of agricultural development projects.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets and objectives aligned with strategy.
• Coordinate with farmers, logistics providers and government agencies.
• Oversee infrastructure improvements and supply chain enhancements.
• Manage resources, quality and safety standards.
• Identify risks related to agricultural cycles and market dynamics.
• Track KPIs and provide regular stakeholder reports.
• Foster collaboration among project participants for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure projects improve yields, reduce post-harvest losses, and market access.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
