Placements24 seeks a certified Personal Trainer to join a well-established fitness center in Mossel Bay. You will create bespoke fitness programs, guide clients on exercise and nutrition, and foster a positive, results-driven environment.

This hybrid role involves on-site sessions and remote client check-ins, with opportunities for professional development and staff discounts on fitness services.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized personal training institution (CPT/NASM/ACE).
• Experience in one-on-one and small group training.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and kinesiology.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalised training plans.
• Guide clients through workouts with correct form to prevent injury.
• Track progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching to support goals.
• Maintain accurate client records.
