Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Ops, or related field.
- 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience.
- ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for all lines.
- Coordinate with procurement to secure materials.
- Monitor progress and address deviations from plan.
- Manage inventory of materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Communicate status and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify efficiency and cost-improvement opportunities.
