• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in legal risk or compliance in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of SA financial regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all business operations.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting financial services and advise on adjustments.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks.
• Investigate and report on compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
