About the Role

The Legal Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and compliance risks across the organization. You will work closely with legal, compliance, and business units to develop and implement robust risk management strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential legal and regulatory risks associated with business operations, products, and services.
• Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and evaluate their impact on the business.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and relevant committees.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to design and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.

Requirements
