Placements24 in Centurion is seeking an energetic Insurance Sales Agent to grow the direct channels business. You will identify and engage potential clients, perform needs analysis, and present tailored insurance solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities include generating leads, providing quotes, guiding clients through underwriting, and closing sales while maintaining CRM records in a hybrid work environment with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of different insurance products (life, health, short-term).
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client profiles.
• Relevant sales certifications or insurance qualifications are an advantage for this role in Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through direct sales channels (phone, online, referrals).
• Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements.
• Present and explain various insurance products, highlighting benefits and features.
• Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
