The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in information security compliance, with strong data privacy and auditing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Law, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in information security compliance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience with conducting security audits and assessments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage information security compliance programs.
• Conduct audits and assessments for regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).
• Identify compliance gaps and develop remediation plans.
• Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews.
• Develop and deliver training materials on security compliance for employees.
