Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics or related field.
• 2–5 years in operations analysis, industrial engineering or data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL and statistical packages (Minitab, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from industrial facilities.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for key metrics.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and management to present findings.
