Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community consultations and needs assessments to identify development priorities.
• Design and implement community-based programs focused on education, health, and economic empowerment.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local government, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders.
• Mobilize community participation and resources for project success.
• Monitor progress, evaluate impact, and report to stakeholders.
