Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Gauteng to drive business growth by sourcing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Johannesburg with hybrid work options.

Key duties include sourcing new business through planning, networking, cold calling and leads; presenting solutions; submitting quotations; maintaining client relationships; and reporting on sales performance and pipeline.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience within the Hygiene and Cleaning Services sector.
• Validdriver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Full-time, permanent position in Johannesburg.
• Field sales position requiring client visits.

Responsibilities

• Source new business through planning, networking, cold calling, and leads (as per KPIs).
• Regularly contact prospective clients to build long-term business relationships.
• Maintain current customer relationships and ensure after-sales service meets expectations.
• Prepare and submit quotations based on the current pricing model, ensuring compliance with specifications or authorisation by the Managing Director.
• Identify, formulate, and submit viable tenders within specified deadlines to maximise success.
• Ensure statutory documents required for quotations or tenders are current before submission.
• Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations aligned with target customers’ business needs.
• Provide management with regular updates on sales performance, including targets vs. actuals, pipeline status, and quotation viability.
