Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in environmental services or facilities management, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proven track record in managing cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in scheduling and reporting software.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of cleaning and sanitation operations for the facility.
• Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage and lead a team of environmental services staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage the budget for the department, including supplies, equipment, and staffing.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Source and manage contracts with external cleaning service providers when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
• Collaborate with other department heads to meet facility needs.
