Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role, preferably with electronics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and electronic assembly equipment.
• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, work instructions and schematics.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Understanding of quality control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work schedule balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to instructions and schematics.
• Operate and maintain assembly line machines and tools.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure specifications are met.
• Identify and report defects or issues in components or process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor assembly line issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
• Document production activities and quality control findings as needed.
