You will design and run A/B tests, analyze funnels with Google Analytics, and optimize SEO, paid media, social, and email campaigns while collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, or similar role focused on e-commerce growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and CRO.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation software.
• Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a highly experimental, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute rapid experimentation plans (A/B testing) across the e-commerce funnel to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze user data, website traffic, and conversion funnels to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Implement and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives and product enhancements.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
