Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory affairs.
• Experience handling complex M&A transactions and corporate restructurings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Advise on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with South African corporate laws and industry standards.
• Manage company secretarial duties, including board meetings and resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Oversee disputes and manage relationships with external legal service providers.
