Qualifications

• Experience with cloud security (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with Terraform deployments (IaC).
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and PCI DSS 3.2 frameworks related to network security.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer calls in a timely fashion.
• Assist team members with customer calls or queries.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.
• Administer and configure firewall and network security controls.
• Ensure minimal downtime during firewall and OS updates.
