Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator for a hybrid role in Paarl, Western Cape. The role requires coordinating trials, ensuring protocol adherence, and maintaining data integrity across study sites.

You will manage participant recruitment, data collection via EDC/CTMS, and regulatory paperwork while collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and IRBs. A life sciences degree and GCP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, initiation, execution, and closure of trials.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants per protocol.
• Ensure accurate data collection and documentation via EDC.
• Maintain study files and regulatory documents.
• Monitor progress and communicate with investigators and sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage study supplies and lab kits.
• Coordinate communication with IRBs/ethics committees.
• Prepare for site visits by monitors and auditors.
