• Ability to manage both in-person childcare duties and remote administrative tasks.
• Reliable internet connection for remote tasks.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct childcare, ensuring safety and well-being of the children.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities indoors and outdoors.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and sleep times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized play/learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about daily activities and progress.
• Conduct remote planning sessions for upcoming activities and goals.
• Utilize digital tools to document progress and communicate with parents.
• Prepare learning materials and resources for activities.
• Adapt activities to suit each child’s developmental needs.
