You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years in blockchain/tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with hybrid/remote teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of blockchain initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, changes with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with development teams, product owners, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and best practices.
• Provide regular status updates and KPI reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations when necessary.
• Ensure quality and successful delivery of project outcomes.
