Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CSCS, NSCA-CPT, UKSCA certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 4 years as Athletic Performance Coach or similar role.
• Experience in designing and delivering effective strength & conditioning programs.
• Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and sports nutrition.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement personalized athletic training programs focusing on strength, conditioning, speed, agility, and power.
• Conduct comprehensive athlete assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Educate athletes on proper training techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition principles.
• Monitor athlete progress and adjust training programs using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and medical staff for rehab and return-to-play protocols.
• Stay current with research and best practices in sports science and performance training.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, progress, and assessments.
• Provide motivational support to foster a positive training environment.
• Conduct remote consultations and program reviews for athletes who cannot attend in person.
