The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree, 5+ years in asset integrity, and hands-on experience with RBI, vibration analysis, and API standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in asset integrity, maintenance, or reliability engineering focusing on rotating equipment.
• Experience with RBI methodologies and tools is essential.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset integrity strategies for rotating equipment (turbines, compressors, pumps, motors).
• Plan and execute RBI for critical assets.
• Perform RCFA and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Review inspection reports, maintenance records and performance data.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and engineering teams on equipment management.
• Maintain equipment databases and integrity management systems.
