Job summary

SFI Group is seeking a Projects Administrator to provide effective administrative support to our technical team, ensuring smooth project operations and achievement of departmental goals. Based in Cape Town, you will help maintain the Quality Management System, handle reporting, minutes, quotations, and purchasing, and perform general office duties while gaining hands-on exposure to HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working experience in an administrative role.
• Grade 12 / Matric completed.
• Certificate or Diploma in Project Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Projects Department.
• Keep reporting and administration up to date.
• Attend departmental meetings and take minutes as required.
• Raise purchase orders and capture work orders for the technical team.
• Generate customer quotations within turnaround times.
• Contribute to maintaining the quality management system.
• Handle general office duties.
