The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization, at least four years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and HAP. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization.
• 4+ years of HVAC design experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and HAP.
• Knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify HVAC systems including AHUs, ductwork, chillers, boilers, and controls.
• Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system simulations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for integrated designs.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and energy efficiency regulations.
