A leading agricultural company based in Paarl is seeking an HR, Payroll and Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee payroll processing, HR administration, and compliance activities. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and payroll is required, along with strong knowledge of South African labour legislation. This position offers a dynamic environment to ensure effective HR and compliance management.

Our client, Owloon Fruit Farm, based in Paarl, is looking for an energetic HR, Payroll and Compliance Manager with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a focus on effective payroll, personnel and admin management.
The HR, Payroll and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing all payroll, HR and compliance administration functions within Owloon Agri. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with statutory payroll requirements, and effective HR support across the employee lifecycle. Compliance responsibilities are limited to assisting external consultants with audits, inspections, and certification requirements.
Note: Commencement date: 1 October or as soon as possible.
