The role requires senior-level PM experience in an agency/consultancy/software environment, with proficiency in PM methodologies and tools, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment handling digital marketing and web projects.
• Formal training or proficiency in Project Management Methodologies.
• Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teamleader, TeamGantt) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of website projects on HubSpot CMS.
• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build comprehensive project plans; allocate resources; manage budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing.
• Maintain documentation (Risk Logs, Change Logs, Progress Reports) and monitor deliverables.
• Lead client and internal meetings; manage deadlines; mitigate project risks.
• Maintain clear progress reporting, timely communications, and drive continuous improvement.
