Job summary

Wildernessdestinations seeks a HubSpot Integrations Specialist to connect HubSpot with VOIP, WhatsApp, email, internal back-of-house systems, and enrichment tools. You will audit current integrations, identify gaps, and design a scalable, well-documented foundation for future enhancements.

This hands-on role requires HubSpot API expertise, Zapier or similar automation experience, and strong collaboration with the Head of CRM to support B2C and B2B operations across three core brands.

Qualifications

• HubSpot Certification required.
• 3+ years CRM experience with HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations.
• Experience integrating CRM with VOIP, WhatsApp, email infra and data enrichment tools.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing HubSpot integrations and map data flows.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations with VOIP, WhatsApp and email systems.
• Develop data enrichment integrations to improve contact and company data quality.
• Design and maintain Zapier/N8N workflows and custom workflow actions.
• Collaborate with Head of CRM and stakeholders to align integration roadmap.
