Job summary

Huble is a dynamic CRM, AI, marketing and creative consultancy delivering HubSpot-powered solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients across South Africa and beyond. We design scalable architectures and data-driven integrations, aligning CRM with business processes and tech stacks.

As a CRM Solutions Architect, you will lead architecture work, craft documentation, mentor staff, and guide clients through modern tech adoption.

Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise in CRM platforms.
Tertiary qualification in CS/IS/Industrial Engineering.
Experience in a digital agency/consultancy across client engagements.
Ability to read and compile API docs, ERDs and specs.
Knowledge of big data and data strategies.
Experience with system integration and API usage.
Strong English writing and communication.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, innovative solutions using HubSpot CRM as a central component.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and project scope.
Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, data models and specifications.
Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
Conduct technology audits and provide improvement recommendations.
Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
Stay up-to-date with technology features and communicate changes to clients.
