• Proven experience with incident investigation, risk assessment and auditing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver HSE training to employees and contractors.
• Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Advise management and staff on HSE matters and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare relevant reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in HSE legislation and industry best practices.
