Sandvik Mining is seeking a senior HR Shared Services leader to deliver centralized HR services, oversee HR data governance, and drive process improvements across the organisation. This role reports to senior HR leadership and supervises the shared services team in managing employee data, systems, and reports.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HR operations, governance, and cross-border HR delivery, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in a HR Shared Services or HR Operations leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-country HR environments.
• Strong governance, compliance and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Shared Services team to deliver accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end HR administration and transactional services.
• Set service standards and monitor performance and ticketing.
• Drive standardised HR processes and governance across the organisation.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders for smooth handovers.
• Develop budget forecasts and monitor monthly reviews.
