Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Human Resources Summer Internship in Johannesburg invites top undergraduates to work on a live HR business project in Sandton, January 4 to February 12, 2027. Qualifications

Current university student in penultimate year (graduating December 2027 onwards).

Motivated to overcome setbacks to deliver strong results.
Able to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels.
Analytical ability to derive insights from data for business decisions.
Willingness to learn and grow as a professional, with initiative and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Work on a live HR business project from day one and own, lead, and deliver it.
