Qualifications

• Trade qualification (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumber) from a recognised body.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance and equipment care.
• Clear communication in English with guests and colleagues.
• Shows urgency and dedication to guest comfort and safety.
• Teamwork and professional conduct under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance, installations, repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, refrigeration and general facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of furnishings, facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning and safety checks as required; report incidents or damages promptly.
• Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Ensure guest requests are handled courteously and efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
