Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is a luxury hotel in Ballito seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our property.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and cost control, with a focus on safety and service excellence in a luxury hospitality environment. A Diploma in Hotel Management and 2+ years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel manager role.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Opera and ESS.

Requirements:

• Grade 12

• At least 2+ years of experience in a luxury Hotel Manager role
• Demonstrated previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment
