Job summary

Totalstay is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager at our Head Office in Sea Point, Cape Town. You will drive contracted revenue across our aparthotel portfolio, developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and forging travel trade partnerships.

You’ll lead negotiations, coordinate site inspections, and manage CRM activities to win key accounts. Join a fast-paced team that rewards proactive selling, market insight, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality sales experience in Cape Town
• Track record of winning and growing accounts
• Energetic, proactive, and visible in the market
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• New business development: Secure corporate, MICE, group, and travel trade accounts.
• Account growth: Build and expand existing client relationships.
• Travel trade partnerships: Strengthen ties with tour operators and agencies.
• Contracting & proposals: Negotiate competitive rates and agreements.
• Client engagement: Lead site inspections, client visits, and sales missions.
• CRM management: Keep pipeline data accurate and conversion-focused.
