Job summary

Joint Medical Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide technical, maintenance, and administrative support for hospital infrastructure. You will conduct routine inspections, assist with preventive and reactive maintenance, monitor generators, HVAC, pumps, water systems, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across theatres, ICU, wards, and emergency units.

• Ability to conduct routine inspections and maintain records.
• Experience with coordinating on-site maintenance and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms and technical infrastructure.
• Assist with preventive and reactive maintenance and breakdown response.
• Monitor generators, HVAC, pumps, water systems and related equipment.
• Perform basic fault finding and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, job cards and service reports.
• Assist with asset management and equipment tracking.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors on site.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance work and verify repairs.
