Job summary

Trinityhouse, part of the ADvTECH Schools Division, seeks a High School Educator to deliver and assess high-quality instructional programs. You will foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues, integrating modern educational trends and technology.

The role requires CAPS familiarity, a PGCE/B.Ed., SACE registration, and 3–5 years of teaching experience. Collaboration, leadership, and a commitment to a faith-driven community are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/HDE or B.Ed. and registration.
• SACE registration and police clearance.
• 3–5 years teaching experience with subject specialization.
• Familiarity with CAPS; IEB and matric marking is advantageous.
• First Aid certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instructional programs in a high school setting.
• Assess student progress with formative and summative methods, and maintain records.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues to support growth.
• Promote Trinityhouse ethos and participate in school events and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with logistics, excursions, resource management and policy adherence.
• Support co-curricular activities and holistic student development.
