You will lead a team, manage stock, cash controls and maintain hygiene and procedures in a fast-paced environment. A hands-on, reliable leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous fast-food, restaurant or similar high-volume food-service management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good understanding of stock, cash and general store controls.
• Reliable, flexible and hands-on approach to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure food preparation, quality and service meet required operational standards.
• Manage and develop staff, including training, performance and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and equipment maintenance.
• Manage stock levels, stock-taking, wastage and deliveries.
• Oversee daily cash-ups, banking and other basic financial controls.
• Ensure administrative and staff-related records are accurately maintained.
• Monitor customer service and resolve complaints appropriately.
• Ensure company procedures, operational standards and workplace rules are consistently followed.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers, suppliers and staff.
